At the Stand Up 2 Cancer event held at Kitson in LA on Wednesday, co-hosts Hilary Duff and Mandy Moore  both demanded to “exit the rear en trance of the store,” according to one snitch. After their hosting duties, they wanted to sneak out to avoid any paparazzi, and “onlookers were shocked and appalled that they would try to leave early,” our spy said. Too bad for them, as they soon realized, Kitson doesn’t have a back entrance and they were forced to walk out the reg ular peo ple’s en trance.

Jennifer Aniston will be releasing her latest flick on Christmas, the same day her ex-husband’s film hits theaters, will be tough for Jennifer Aniston – but it would be much tougher promoting “Marley & Me” if Hollywood’s most talked-about single woman didn’t have a date.

In interviews for her upcoming flicks (she’s also starring in “He’s Just Not That Into You”), Aniston, 39, has been open about dating John Mayer, 31. But we hear she was also scouting other candidates during a lull in their relationship.

A few months ago, during a brief split between the duo, Aniston’s camp was shopping for potential dates. “She didn’t want to face the glare of being unattached while Brad Pitt toted Angelina Jolie around” on the promotional rounds for his release of “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.”

Aniston “did not want to be single when her movie opened,” one source said. “A friend of her agent was calling around asking for young men whom they could set her up with.” But the attempt to find a replacement for Mayer was aborted when he and Aniston soon got back together.

The publicity blitz for Aniston has been fierce. A Vogue interview in which she called Jolie “uncool” for revealing that she and Pitt fell in love on the set of “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” (while he and Aniston were still married) was followed by a nearly nude cover photo on GQ.

She admits in GQ she was clueless about Mayer before they met, and stumbles over the title to his most famous song, “Your Body Is a Wonderland.” She said, “Honestly, I did not know much about him before I met him. I’d heard, you know, uh, ‘Your Body’ – that song. But what I can say is that I had no idea what an extraordinary musician he is.”

Still, the two are trying to prove they are a for-real couple. At the LA premiere of “Marley & Me” the other night, Mayer told reporters, “I’m here to support my girl.”

There wasn’t a dry eye in the house when the mascara’d moppet belted her mother Judy Garland’s anthem, “When you play the Palace, you know you’ve got it made.” Backstage after the show, Liza and her brain trust, Billy Stritch and Ron Lewis, accepted air kisses from Candice Bergen and Marshall Rose, Jane Krakowski, Tommy Tune, Denise Rich and Richard Turley.

It’s Holiday Season and celebrities always try to make a few bucks by offering to host New Year’s Eve parties. And, despite the recession, there are still some takers. Paris Hilton and her sister Nicky – whose main incomes are derived from appearances – are hosting the Bongo Virus New Year’s Eve party in Sydney, Australia. However, we doubt they’ll get the $500,000 they were paid for their Las Vegas venture last year. Charlie Sheen’s ex, Denise Richards, will pocket more than five figures to host New Year’s at Prive in Vegas, now that her reality show, “It’s Complicated,” is unlikely to be renewed. And Lindsay Lohan and gal pal Samantha Ronson – who have turned down “a bunch” of offers in Sin City – are hosting the Eve party together at Mansion, in the warmer clime of Miami.

Advertising mogul Donny Deutsch, whose CNBC show “The Big Idea” was put on hiatus last week, has allegedly been fooling around with a married woman – and they got caught.

Sources say hedge-fund manager Andrew Sandler, whose father, Harvey, founded Sandler Capital Management in 1980, grew suspicious of his wife, Lisa, with whom he has two children, and hired a private detective a few weeks ago.

The private eye shadowed the attractive blonde until he was able to take surveillance photos of her kissing Deutsch, sources say. Sandler’s lawyer, Stephen Gassman, filed for divorce in Nassau County last week and the complaint is said to name Deutsch as the third party.

Sandler declined to comment, and referred Page Six to Gassman, who refused to discuss what is alleged in court papers, which are sealed. “I can’t comment. We’re trying to work this out amicably,” Gassman said.

Lisa’s lawyer, Bernard Clair, who has repped Jocelyne Wildenstein and Carolyne Roehm, didn’t return calls. Neither did Deutsch.

The Queens-born mogul – who celebrated his 50th birthday a year ago at the Time Warner Center with such friends as Michael J. Fox, Jeff Zucker and Star Jones – wed Stacy Josloff at the Plaza in 2001, but they split four years later. Deutsch’s girlfriend, Amanda Zacharia, gave birth last year to his daughter, Daisy, after they had already broken up.

Deutsch, who has been renovating a $21 million townhouse on East 78th Street, last year bought a 3.3-acre estate on East Hampton’s posh Further Lane for $29 million.

The Cast of Gossip Girl

The cast of “Gossip Girl” is hooking up with each other – and Chace Crawford and Taylor Momsen are at the center of the latest smooching session. A Page Six spy spotted the co-stars sneak away during their holiday party at Haven on East 51st Street to steal kisses in the corner, but Crawford’s rep denies it. We reported last week Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr were kissing in an airport, and original “GG” couple Blake Lively and Penn Badgley are still going strong.

Spies in LA saw the songbird (above) coming out of a well-known ob/gyn’s office on North Crescent Boulevard, “clutching what looked like a sonogram and being greeted by her entourage with cheers. She was ebullient.” It was the same type of paper that Minnie Driver was holding when she found out she was pregnant at the same doctor’s office. Carey, who wed Nick Cannon this year in a quickie Bahamas ceremony, has made no bones about wanting a child. A rep said, “As far as I’m told it’s not true.”

Sexy Pam Anderson tore up Miami during her weekend trip to Art Basel to support her good pal David LaChapelle. Anderson first went to the Miami Convention Center on Saturday to pose for photos with LaChapelle in front of his “Jesus Is My Homeboy” exhibit, wearing a gray T-shirt, yellow underwear and pink heels, and with mysterious bruise marks on her back. She next went to Liv to celebrate her nude Ocean Drive cover, escorted by LaChapelle and PETA head Dan Mathews. Anderson, who seemed unsteady on the red carpet, then drank absinthe before making out with Stephen Dorff, a witness said. Anderson ditched Dorff – after briefly passing out on LaChapelle’s shoulder – to hit up four other parties and was last seen Sunday morning around 11 a.m. in the lobby of the Fontainebleau coming in from her wild night with a young hot man “who was not Dorff.” A rep for Anderson didn’t return.
