Famous Director Mike Nichols is doing well after taking a hiatus from directing the Broadway hit “The Country Girl” to have a coronary bypass over the weekend, according to several sources. The operation is said to have gone well and he is recuperating in a hospital on the Upper East Side with his wife, “Good Morning America” anchor Diane Sawyer, by his side.
