Sexy Spice Girl VICTORIA and husband DAVID Beckham are the toast of Hollywood during their “Welcome to L.A.” soiree hosted by Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith. One of the guest at the party revealed “It was an amazing time. Everyone was dancing and eating cupcakes.” There was one person who kept to himself and silently surveyed the crowd at the L.A. Museum of Contemporary Art – Scientology head David Miscavige, who “just kept looking at people and spoke quietly with Tom’s mom.”
