Hello darlings, welcome back to Cognac’s Corner Magazine.

Anna Nicole Smith

In my opinion Anna’s death was not an accident or though the powers that be would like us to think so.

According to the coroner’s report and officials, Anna Nicole Smith death was a result of “accidentally” overdosing on approximately nine prescription drugs.  Anna apparently died in her sleep on February 8, 2007 at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood Florida.

Broward County Medical Examiner Joshua Pepper explains the shocking report of how Smith’s death as a result of an infection and a toxic cocktail of pharmaceutical drugs including chloral hydrate ended in her death.

Here is a day by day report beginning from February 5th, three day before her untimely death.

On February 5, 2007 Anna boarded a plain from the Bahamas to Florida feeling fairly OK…at that time she had an infection on her left buttock from injections for weight control and longevity according to report findings.  During the plane ride she started complaining of butt pain and started feeling feverish en route to her hotel.  The infection went untreated and she developed a fever of 105 degrees.  According to their story her nurse and bodyguard wanted her to check into a hospital because of her raging fever but she refused.  Instead she was given an ice bath that brought her temperature down to 97 degrees.   That night she took Tamiflu, Ciprofloxacinm and chloral hydrate to sleep.

The next day, February 6th she had a temperature of 100 degrees and was depressed but did watch some television and seemed to be doing better.  She was given chamomile tea, Pedialyte and Fiji water and she was also given a soothing bath to bring her fever down.  Again she ingested more of chloral hydrate to sleep and alleviate her pain.  She also demanded to take  Soma, Klonopin and Topamax but the report is unclear if she actually did ingest these drugs.

February 7th, Anna was feeling better.  She stayed in bed watching television and at around 11:00 a.m. she felt like eating and had an egg white omelet with spinach according to the coroner’s report.  After that the situation deteriorated quickly and in the afternoon was seen sitting in a dry bathtub.  Before her death she did eat a full dinner of two crab cakes and shrimp and took a bath.

The next day, February 8th the boat captain’s wife found her slumped downward with her mouth open in bed. After her caretakers failed at reviving her they called the paramedics where they transported her to Hollywood Memorial Hospital.

At 2:49 p.m. on February 8th Anna Nicole Smith was pronounced dead six minutes after she arrived at the Hospital.

According to officials, Anna’s fever might have been linked to a stomach flu and an infected abscess on her left buttocks.  Feeling depressed and in pain she digested a lethal combo of drugs specifically a sleeping medication chloral hydrate which made it toxic.  She also did show traces of methadone in her body but this did not seem to play a significant role in her death.

Medical Examiner Joshua Perper stated that Ms. Smith would still be alive today had she gone to the hospital to treat her fever and infection.  According to Perper and Tribal Police Chief Charlie Tiger, if she had gone to the hospital she would not have had the opportunity to take the toxic combination of drugs especially chloral Hydrate which was also prescribed to Marilyn Monroe before her untimely death.  She was originally prescribed the sleeping medication chloral Hydrate because of her having nightmares and inability to sleep as a result of her son’s death.

Stern and his lawyer are putting the blame on paparazzi claiming that  “She did not want the media frenzy that follows her…She refused to go to the hospital because she wanted to avoid media,” replied attorney Sanchez.

My questions, darlings, How did Anna Nicole get her doctor – or multiple doctors- to administer all these drugs at the same time?  Why did no one call the ambulance when Anna’s fever raged to 105 degrees? Why did 40 minutes pass before Anna’s nurse notified a bodyguard to call 911?  And why darlings did Anna not want media attention?  She loved the cameras, she loved being photographed so I don’t believe Stern and his attorney.

I smell a rat darlings!

Until my next celebrity gossip
